Nationally Recognised Training

Licence to operate a slewing mobile crane
(up to 20 tonnes)

Thank you for your query regarding our SLEW CRANE (C2–C0) training sessions conducted at Pro-Lift Training Services.
We have our own rough terrain crane for training. Complete your C2 High Risk Licence with us on our machinery.
Please contact us to discuss your needs for a particular slew crane licence.

Pro-Lift Training now have two options available to you in gaining SLEW CRANE (C2–CO) licence.

Option 1

Training and Assessment of the HIGH RISK SLEW CRANE (C2–CO) is conducted on two separate sessions – a training session conducted over three days
and an assessement session conducted over a day. Once you have completed your training days, your trainer / assessor will issue you with a log book and
discuss with you the requirements of gaining nominal mandated hours in this log book within your working environment. Once you have logged the appropriate
number of mandated nominal hours (as stated by your assessor), you can book in and attend an assessment session.

Cost for the training session is upon request, please contact us for further information.

Option 2

5 day intensive training and assessment course. Participants will attend on all five days to complete theory, practical and log book hours with our qualified trainer and assessor.
On successful completion of this course, participants will be able to apply for a HIGH RISK SLEW CRANE (C2–CO) licence.
This option may be suitable for participants without access to a workplace to gain log book hours, or workplaces who don’t have the resources to supervise staff while gaining nominal log book hours. If at any time during these five days the assessor recognises the need for the participant to complete gap training, participants will be given their log book to gain nominal hours in the workplace prior to attending an assessment.

Cost for this course is upon request, please contact us for further information.

Due to the nature of the course, C2 assessment/s can only be conducted if minimum number of participants required for course are met.
All learning materials and resources are included in the stated prices. Payment is payable in advance or by Purchase Order to confirm your booking.
Due to a change in workplace health and safety requirements, all high risk work licence assessments need to be confirmed with Workplace Health and Safety within 6 days of assessments being conducted. Unfortunately due to this stipulation, we are unable to change your booking for assessments within the 6 day timeframe so please ensure that the assessment day/course you book is suitable.

Please note that the stated fees above do not cover the cost for the high risk ticket which you will need to apply for upon successful completion of your assessment.
Applications for high risk work licences can be submitted through an Australia Post and cost approximately $72.00.
If you require your passport photo to be taken, there will be an additional cost of approximately $11.00.
Both Training & Assessment days run from 8am to approximately 4pm. It is required that participants arrive 15 minutes before to sign in and register.
We would ask you to pay particular attention to our Terms and Conditions and related policies which can be found at
We are required according to Work Place Health & Safety Regulations to enforce the wearing of closed in shoes while on our premises for training.
Please do not hesitate to call if you have any further enquiries.
